After wrapping up her shoot for Darlings, actress Shefali Shah is all set now to kick start shooting for her next film, Doctor G. Shefali took to her Instagram on Sunday and shared a string of pictures waiting for her flight at Mumbai’s airport.
In one of the images shared, the actress can be seen reading the script of Doctor G. Captioning it, she wrote, “New project. New journey. New shoes to fill. Doctor G here we come.”
Last week, Shefali shared an adorable snap with Alia as she wrapped up her part in Darlings. Sharing the snap she wrote, “Another wrap Nothing prepares me for the good-byes #ShootWrap.”
Meanwhile, coming back to Doctor G, the film also features Ayushmann Khurrana and Rakul Preet Singh in the lead roles is a campus comedy-drama of a medical institute. Ayushmann will be essaying the role of Dr Uday Gupta, while Rakul Preet Singh will be seen as Dr Fatima, a medical student who portrays Ayushmann’s senior in the film.
Anubhuti Kashyap will be making her debut as a feature film director with the upcoming project. She has directed the dark comedy mini-series Afsos and the critically-acclaimed short film Moi Marjaani in the past.
After completing the first schedule of the film in Bhopal, the team is currently shooting in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
